HmmmIt does have buttercream but everything else about it is wrong... you are correct though, buttercream is lovely! :)

I'm afraid I have to jump in herethe sandwich van that we get has the best muffins ever, and they are carrot cake ones, with some kind of icing, buttercream, or some cheese or something.
