at work Xmas do last night
and had clotted cream with one of the dessert options. A colleague revealed to me that he knows people who had never even heard of the stuff.

Well I think currents/raisins/sultanas improve most desserts
Carrot cake needs them! I recon they'd even be good in a chocolate cake. And to not put them in scones is just wrong!
