****update****Had a spaz out at the offices - my tirade and abuse drew a round of applause from the assembled horde as I managed to keep relatively calm and not swear as much as I wanted.
I have sent a letter of complaint - or rather I printed off this thread and attached it to a letter of complaint and await their response. If I hear back i will post it.
