How much experience do you need to deal with complaints?All you need to do is the opposite of what you've experienced when you've complained and been treated like shit.

To go into our customer service policy requires diagrams and all kinds of complicated stuff.We are all about making them get the warm and fuzzies, and sadly I've spent too long minding envelopes and not long enough listening to them complain.
