but always end up back with good old Encona West Indian Hot Pepper Sauce. Spontaneous Combustion Sauce is just plain silly - you could only use it in cooking, and then only very sparingly. So what does Monty do when presented with it?

although I would recommend it's fresh as in "caught that day" otherwise it has a really nasty fishy slimy taste.
