Hmm, marginal.I don't normally speed in 30mph zones, but in this case it's arguable that the limit might be set too low, and you're not really doing any harm.

The really annoying thing about speeding ticketsis that although they only remain in effect on your licence for 3 years, insurance companies consider them for 5 years after the incident.
