A three and a half hour layover is not nearly enough timeto see any of Chicago. O'Hara is quite a ways from town and with the new security (and fun full body pat-downs)it could easily take you a couple of hours or even more just to get through security. (The alternate airport, Midway) is a little smaller but 3.5 hours is still not enough time to do anything if you are flying through there).
