Devil's Punchbowl just outside WinchesterNot so much as a cliff as 'a bit of a hill', but it's lovely round there, nice enough perhaps to dissuade you from the 'coward's way out'...
Otherwise there are plenty of motorway bridges which amply make up for the lack of cliffage.
