Well are you having carbonara as your main or are you cooking something else?

If you're sticking with carbonara maybe garlic mushrooms might be a good starter, its nice and simple and nommy! :D

Starter: Smoked salmon with brown bread
Main: Venison in red wine with Dauphinouse potatoes
Dessert: chocolate mousse
