He did the theme tune to Taxi, so your theme tune observation is most salient.
Missy samples Bob James' bells from the start of the tune (or first few minutes at any rate), but they're given some kind of weird filter I think.


When I used to DJ I used to cut up two copies of this for the b-boys. Ah, THE GOOD OLD DAYS.
