I hoped Robin Trower's oft-praised 'Bridge of Sighs'
was going to be similarly revelatory. Unfortunately, bar I think one track, it is actually fucking shit.

Heartily disappointed.

At first listen Giltrap's stuff can sound a bit shit
as it has some 80s sounding synth and drums, but it's worth persevering with as his guitar playing is basically unique. Virtuoso folk is how I would describe it.
