Nah.When I have to repeatedly say to my project coordinators (two people) things like "the applicant hasn't supplied three quotes for the work, in line with the rules" or, "they've got their finances in the wrong year and they don't add up" every time an application is submitted, then I'm afraid I'm surrounded by incompetence.
The odd mistake I can handle - human nature and all that. But every fucking time?
