Just up the road from me in Dalston is the mythical Mangal
They are reputed to be the finest in London, and having tried a few it's definitely a contender. Some advocate the Lebanese places at the bottom of the Edgware Road but I say to those people 'pshaw, piffle, poppycock and balderdash'.

I highly recommend teh Ottaman on Fulham palace road

So good I went for Sunday lunch once, good times, although my gran was less impressed. Only joking she's dead.
