What we really need is for someone to take all the shitty forms of music being spunked out of the radio these days and consolidate them into one manageable, bite-sized bandwagon...

Due to the arrangement of the stage, our drummer couldn't hear our amps and so the timing was a bit ropey in places. It's also hard to sing a slow blues number with much feeling when you're painfully aware that the bottom string of your bass has slipped out of tune.
Still, the audience seemed to enjoy it, which is the important thing. My friend filmed most of our set, and, watching it back, it didn't actually sound too bad out the front-of-house, so I won't complain.

If ever I go back to the UK, I'd love to come see you play. Or if you make it big and come out here I'd love to see you play.

There's some ropey live recordings from a few years back on our myspaz. (We really should put something fresh up there...)

I do believe the decline in popular music after 1975 can be at least partly attributed to a lack of blues.
