Nah, it's always been violence free, as far as I know.Been going over 10 years, hardly ever seen any trouble.

Ahhhhh,I haven't been there for about 12 years. My sister used to live on the Castle Irwell studenty bit so we used to go in occasionly.
It always seemed a bit dodgy to me, although that may just be hazy memories.
