Take the water out, dice an onion, grate a LOT of cheese over it, put in a slop of milk, mash it all up and eat it. Simples.

Oven is better for slow baking, retains the flavour better than frying. Plus I hate frying stuff.

I like diced and fried chorizo as an accompaniment to a tomato and rocket salad as the juice left in the pan makes a lovely dressing. Now I get that pouring the fat from the pan on top of the salad might be perceived as defeating the purpose of eating salad but some salad actually tastes good.

but there is little better on this earth beats the taste of a cherry tomato rolled in olive oil, basil and coarse ground black pepper.
