I'm really sorry about this...but I just can't stop myself...it's like a strange addiction, a compulsion if you like..but surely it's not pheromones that you're high on - they're the things that we smell (or don't as they're almost imperceptible) and I think you mean endorphins which you get from exercise and being outdoors.
I'll got and shut my head repeatedly in the fridge door now.
