Monty, I'm disappointed in you.

I'm sorry to disappoint.
I have a lot of time for Westwood. He's not quite the imbecile he makes out to be, and he did some amazing things for hip hop in this country in the 80s.

I wouldn't listen to his show nowadays as hip hop has been fucking terrible for years now, but that's not his fault. The Capital Rap Show was superb back in the late 80s. My cassette of Hard Noise and Cutty Ranks live at Camden Dingwalls is a treasured possession.

I emailed Tim Westwood to ask about a song
played in the UK for the first time. He replied and told me it was My Name Is by Eminem. Tim's alright in my book.

Well, if you love Westwood so much, why don't you just go and bum him, then?

who do you think I was texting last night ;)

OK, so he did some good things for hip hop when people intentionally wore day glo socks.
But can he ever be forgiven for Pimp My Ride?
