I've had a really good week this week,
and was really looking forward to the weekend (Bon Jovi tonight, fishing event tomorrow) and I now have a fever and strep throat and can't go to either. Tell me to MTFU, or tell me what's disappointed you lately.

Other than the new QOTW
Friend I'd been interested in suddenly goes cold (emotionally, not physically) and then buggers off, leaving me with a sense of slight disappointment. Oh well, plenty of fish etc.

Oh, and my voice has disappointed me. My throat has fucked up, managing to make me sound like a tuneless gimp, which isn't great when I'm in the middle of recording a new album with a friend and we're sharing vocal duties.

Oh, that sucks.
I'm eating chicken noodle soup and hoping the fever breaks tonight or tomorrow as I'm off to 'Frisco Monday.

Hope it does
If it does break tonight, you off fishing tomoz? Or will the throat keep you away?

It's gonna rain,
so it would probably be best if I stay home and watch DVD's all day.
My boyfriend refused to take a pair of my used knickers to the concert with him to throw at Mr. Bon Jovi.

Sucks about the fishing
But then again, don't really wanna aggravate illness.

Also sucks about the boyfriend not taking knickers along, I'd love to see the expression on JBJ's face when those land near him.

Especially if Arsenal had been playing at home.

Or, if it helps, if the Red Sox were playing at home
Hope the sore throat is getting better.
