Assuming the cat is dead, or at least has very slow blood circulation (avoids spray effect).
Chop off feet; leave head on for now as it makes a convenient handle.
Slip the point of a sharp knife under the skin at one cuff and cut through to the opposite cuff. Repeat at the other end. Cut along the stomach to connect the first two cuts being very careful not to stab into the belly. Grasp skin at the neck and pull sharply away from flesh.
Next paunch the cat by cutting into the belly and removing intestines. If you need the meat, but not for a couple of days, paunch the cat before skinning and as early as possible as the guts go off first and taint the meat.
Any of the usual ways to skin a rabbit will work.
