I remember him from the 80sand he looked like he smelled of wee, even then.
'wearing his donkey jacket, speaking up a storm and then marching resolutely to Trafalgar Square'.....where he proceeded to achieve precisely sod all, apart from having a cheeky wee in his trousers.
