Well have fun.
Pamber any good for wild camping?

Not really,
There are too many dog walkers about, and there is a wandering herd of cattle who trample everything.

How about any of the other sites?
I'm the 'arrive at dusk, gone at dawn' type.

Try the New Forest.
But if you are, as you say, then give it a try. I've never heard of "geurilla camping" before, but it sounds cool.

I do know a lot of woods, and other places too, so give me some examples of places you have been to and I'll see if I can add some similar sites.

Anywhere I can get 100m from roads, houses, footpaths.
Scenic if poss - woods are good - anywhere I can do a decent (say 6/8 mile) hike too and the walk is worth doing. Animals, agricultural or wild, are no problem.
Dartmoor seems to be my first thought always, but it's too far away.
I live in the country's most heavily wooded county (or is it second?) and I plan to try a few of the woods in your link over spring/summer.
I'll let you know how that goes.

Have a good one.
