I had one on the other daywho started telling me what a bad secretary I am because I didn't grovel to him for his solicitor not calling him back. He was really aggresive straight off and then started telling me I was unprofessional so I told him I wasn't inclined to apologise when he was so hostile, which made him even madder. Douchebag.
