it was my mrs's dad's 60th last yearat the bash they had some photos of him in his youth.
some 30 years ago he dressed pretty much as I do now, had a beard and similar sideburns.
I'm glad my mrs hadn't seen those pics before, otherwise I'd be worried as to why she had selected me.

Funnily enoughI've got some old photos of my GF from the 70s, and there's one of her and her gran, who looks exactly like her mum looks now.
And my GF looks like her mum (but younger and prettier, obviously!) And I've seen her future. Twice.

fortunately my gf looks nothing like her mumher mum was adopted, so I have no other reference. it's going to be a surprise
