Just reminded me
I was in Monaco last week (flew in by helicopter, donchaknow) and ordered a tea with milk at a streetside cafe.

The tea bag they gave me was so weak it barely even threatened the boiling water. I was very disappointed, so I smashed the place up. It's the only language they understand.

I found most folk understood French quite well.

Well...yes...
And my French isn't that bad, but it doesn't come as naturally to me as senseless violence and massive property damage does.

I mean, they had they called that tea?!! It might as well have been homeopathic tea!
