I went on an almighty bender (yes, ha ha, I said 'bender') to distract myself from my parental woes. I spent about £250 I don't have and it didn't even work. I ended up bawling my eyes out at 9am on Saturday having been up all night caning an eighth of coke and a whole bottle of Courvoisier.
