Dr Watson arrives at the door of 221b Baker Streetlet's himself in and proceeds to the drawing room. On entering he sees Sherlock Holmes with a young boy. The boy is naked, bent over and Holmes is smearing lemon curd around his arsehole.
Watson cries "Holmes, what the dickens are you doing?"
to which Holmes replies "Lemon entry my dear Watson"
