The worst part is reading the symptom page of that siteand realising I'd been seeing a bunch of them for a week to 2 weeks without them really registering. "A grinding noise from the jaw", "eating litter", "excessive thirst", "foul breath" etc etc.
Makes me feel like a bad cat daddy. I was feeling really upbeat about my own health news too.

I'm glad you're getting it sorted now as I've seen cats whose owners have left them with CRF symptoms for months before bringing them in.(

I suppose you always feel you should have noticed soonershould have googled some of those symptoms, but I didn't really believe she was eating litter - I just thought she was sniffing it. And the tooth-grinding was what eventually made me take her in.
