A bit of a mix hereon both the iPhone and the Blackberry I have a classic "b-ring B-ring" ringtone and a transforming transformer sound for the texts "Cha cha cha cha ch"
For wallpapers I have recently changed to Heels-Wallpaper.JPG on the Blackberry and Pink Floyd Girls.JPG on the iPhone.
Edit: This isn't counting the various personalised ringtones for a few people.
