I take it upon myself to be as offensive as possible to 'customers' when they call. (When I say customers, I mean the public.) My normal customers are businesses but when the public occasionally call, you can guarantee they'll be completely retarded.

My only contact with the public is to tell them to fuck off parking in our car park.
My customers though, I generally treat with respect, even when they don't deserve it.
