I've just turned 22
Evening Everyone,

After turning 22 half and hour ago, I'm feeling quite sombre this evening. Although I've been offered a place at Goldsmiths College in September, I've generally had a really shit start of 2010.

In a nutshell, I feel down from certain thoughts I'm having. Like a constant feeling of dread!

Can anyone cheer me up or so?

wait until
you're middle aged, with a wife and kids and working in a job you hate but can't leave.

Then you'll be depressed. MAN THE FVCK UP!

You've made the mistake of,
Comparing my problems which are out of my hands with your problems which you created yourself.

Those aren't my problems
Just giving you a scenario that's shite. You're 22, you have your whole life ahead of you, enjoy it.

The sentiment seems wrong but
I've clicked "I like this!"

I've just watched a bit of The Thick Of It, feeling a wee bit more manly

no matter what, things always get better
we all have shitty times and we all have happy times, I used to have a constant feeling of dread but it passed, and if it doesn't for you then maybe you should try talking to someone close to you about it.

I found that finding the things that make me happy helped, writing helped me a lot.

Otherwise Happy Birthday and I hope things get better.

Dr Bartleby diagnoses a case of feeling sorry for yourself
Here is the treatment:
1. Know how lucky you are to be going to a fantastic institution like Goldsmiths
2. Stop thinking about yourself and go and help others less fortunate that you.
3. Get out of my office and comeback when something dreadfull really happens.

Happy Birthday.

Next.
