I'm not going to be missing much money, £30 at max, but I don't accept paying for something that is not my fault.
I called the hotel myself more than 24h before the 1st night, and they were happy to cancel or change, but couldn't do it without lasminute. So there you are, I have to pay for their mistakes.
Worst of all is the stupid girl on the phone (Shely, really?) telling me it's not their fault because, "well, because, you know, it's not. The hotel could be more flexible too, couldn't it?"

Don't use them. I finally got tickets to go in May, but had to pay extra as the cheap tickets were gone already. And I'll have to pay extra for the hotel too.
I'm so frustrated and upset I don't even feel bored at work today.

via a deal with lastminute, and that caused no problems (apart from some minor confusion with the hotel thinking I was supposed to be two people rather than one). But then nothing went wrong during the course of that trip, and there, I suppose, is the big difference.
