Meetings which last any longer than half an hour are too long.

I, too, will be in a long meeting
I find the time flies by making a list of the participants and describing - in gruesome detail - how you'd like them to die. If all goes well, you should be able to present this data as a Powerpoint in Any Other Business.

Subsequent meetings will be much, much shorter.
