It looks like the memory should be transferablethe Gigabyte board takes DDR2 (see here: www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/Motherboard/Products_Overview.aspx?ProductID=2325) and as far as I can tell the donor Dell does too ( www.dell.com/us/en/dfb/desktops/optix_745/pd.aspx?refid=optix_745&cs=28&s=dfb )
