I spent the last three days hardly doing anything
other than working myself up into a ball of melancholy. A hearty walk in the great outdoors with a mate should shift that forthwith. I must remember not to sit around in my pants for days at a time.

I spent the whole three days trying to encourage myself outside.
I need to find new routes - I've been just about everywhere within walking distance so I think I need to start going a bit further afield. My mate and I are going out after work anyway so it'll shift this funk.
