I can't believe I really watched it, but there was nothing else on telly, and Radio4 had been talking about it, so I thought I'd try 5 min.
I don't think I could watch a whole series, but I was amazed at how people with low self esteem can feel so much better just by focussing on their good bits.
The way that woman changed from crying in front of her image on the mirror to feeling sexy and full of optimism was great.
As she repeated all the time "Fantastic!"

But I was curious nevertheless.
I still think I wouldn't watch any other chapter, but I think what they do with those people is really good. I know a few girls and boys who could do with a good "stop looking at your bads and see how good you are!"

At my Weakest Link audition the researcher asked me if that was my job. I said that yes it was, but asking women in the street to get naked for me so I can improve their self-esteem was less glamorous than it looks on TV
