So following on from the Baguette and Epis related success of yesterday today i shall be attempting Pain Beaucaire.
What bread related joy have you experienced lately?

It seemed like a good idea at the time
I'll decide whether this bread-related incident brought me 'joy' if I can successfully remove the baguette without the crust breaking...
