This reminds me of a joke
A police officer is walking down the street when he catches a glimpse of movement in an alley. Being a dilligent office of teh law he goes to investigate and finds a tramp on all fours being roughly fingered by another tramp.

"What the bleedin' 'ell in going on 'ere lads"questions the police office.

"Well" slurs the fingering tramp, "Neville here has drunk to much antifreeze and I need to get him to vomit it up".

"Well he won't be sick with you sticking your fingers up his arse" counters the officer.

"Yeah, but he will when I shove my fingers down his throat!" replies the tramp.
