Oh man, I'd quite enjoy this thread, but I've missed it.
Anyway, here are my ideas.

- Banoffee and Peanutbutter
- [confectionary bar, such as Diam, Mars, Snickers...etc]
- Something pickled with something cheesey.
- Add some popping candy (idea from Heston Bloomingtile)
- Something with some crunchy bits and melty bits, like inject liquid nutella into the middle and have diam bits in the dough.
- BATTERED AND DEEP FRIED (stock awnser that).
- A reverse one, so it's basicly a load of frosting with a little bit of cake.
- Pear I think would be nice, esspeically if you can replicate peardrop hints (crush them up as a powder and put in frosting?)
- Lavender: Crush up some palma voilets into the frosting*
- Rose
- Fill the middle with custard and put something on top like a stewed fruit.

* or you get your own lavendar, pick off the pettles, cover with icing sugar and a bit of water. Let it dry, and wallah !
