that is quite oddgrey eyes are rare, but not unheard of. What colour did they insist your eyes were instead?

I could be very wrongso don't quote me on this, but aren't grey eyes a rare combination of mostly blue genes, very light shades of, while green eyes are just an actual mutated colour?
