The top one is by Roger Brodersan artist that did a lot of travel posters in the 1930's. I love his style.

I may sound like a complete idiot herebut that reminds me of an old French art poster, think it was for a play. Anyway it was a fellow in a big black French gown, black beret, and red cravat. Can't remember for the life of me the artist but I loved that poster.
