I'm waiting to see if I can get an agreement in principle on a mortgageI'm not holding out a lot of hope due to the meare equity we've got in our current place but at least I'll know if I'm stuck there for another couple of years ot not.
If I am, I'll be fucking up the current house, just to make a bit more space in the thing!
