It seems everybody goes for burgers and sandwichesand have lunch while walking on the street.
She can't find all the ingredients she needs either. And she complains that everything has a lot of fat and sugar, even the "healthy choices".
She only needs to find the right supermarket, I think.

I knowBut I understand her. At the begining it was very confusing for me here in the UK as well.
