how so?just had a call about getting my bike fixed...
new rear wheel, new brake pads all round, new tyres, adjust brakes and gears and a couple of other bits. £110 :-(

But you're an engineery type aren't you? You could do it yourself.Althegeordie could talk you through it on here. It'd be a bit like that bit in Airplane when that bloke played by Lloyd Bridges has talk Striker through the landing. But with centre pulling and deraillers and stuff.
