The most chilling aspect of this whole Raoul Moat case is what the police are saying:"We believe Mr Moat to be a measured individual whom appears to carefully plan his actions and is comfortable in an outdoor environment"
Whom? Whom? It should be "who"! What kind of sordid deviants are these who would claim to maintain law and order and keep the rest of us safe from cheeky chappies like Moat?
