it's called Legend of the Seekerfantasy thing based on a series of books I've read. It was on Syfy.
I stumbled across it and watched a bit because it was based on the books, and then it turned out I couldn't stop watching it because she is stunning, and her outfit displays a lot of cleavage. It's reasonably entertaining in a mildly shit way.
