trying to cook beef wellington for that many would be a shame
it's supposed to be made with fillet, and that wouldn't be done justice en masse.

But again, I don't want to offer the British some British food. The woman in the hotel got quite upset that I didn't agree with her that it was the best meal for the guiris, and said it had always been a success between your type of people.
