Drinking beer in Glasgow?
For your own safety do not do what my friend did and make the classic English mistake of mimicking people's accents when you talk to them.

He went up to the bar and, when the barman came to serve him he ordered the round in a fake Glaswegian accent, then suddenly realised what he was doing. Fortunately, his accent was convincing enough that the barman thought he was actually Glaswegian. Unfortunately, this meant he now had to keep up the pretence of being Glaswegian for the duration of that pint, lest the real Glaswegians should realise he was just putting it on...
