I will fight anyonewho trys to tell me that Phoenix Nights wasn't fucking brilliant either.
Nothing that fat northern spastic has done since (or probably ever will) is anything other than end-of-the-pier drivel, but Phoenix Nights had me in fits every episode.

Pure peasant comedy.But the true awfulness of Bolton really comes through - how fucking budget and pikey it is up there.
