Just the way my mind works.
Wish I'd have been able to do a bit more lying down at the weekend. I was intending to catch up on sleep but ended up waking early. I can't really lie in bed these days, so I was out cutting grass and weeding the garden at 9.30 on Sunday morning!

But then I'm very tired after lunch and have massive naps.

If I have daytime naps I wake up feeling like a zombie.
I have to sleep properly for a couple of hours at least before it does me any good. This is not a good move at work

Mr Penguin has a large piece of foam he keeps in his office for day time naps. He has the amazing skill of being able to fall asleep anywhere, in about 30s. I am jealous of this.

as no one ever comes into the office. There is also plenty of space for a hammock which i feel would be an excellent addition to the office!
