Too much information!
Or were you just lying down for the sake of lying down?

Probably overcome by gravity
She was well on the way to becoming a singularity.

So DJTP told me.

Oh you villain
I'm going to go and find out exactly what that means and become even more insulted.

I'm always helpful.

He's saying you're collapsing under the force of your own gravitational field
Which is a very scientific way of calling you fat.

Lying down like a lazy slob, you saucy git!
There was only the cat and the deranged seagull around to git it awwn with.

Ah, OK
Just the way my mind works.

Wish I'd have been able to do a bit more lying down at the weekend. I was intending to catch up on sleep but ended up waking early. I can't really lie in bed these days, so I was out cutting grass and weeding the garden at 9.30 on Sunday morning!
(, Mon 2 Aug 2010, 8:29, Reply)
It happens to me too
But then I'm very tired after lunch and have massive naps.
(, Mon 2 Aug 2010, 8:36, Reply)
I can't do that
If I have daytime naps I wake up feeling like a zombie.

I have to sleep properly for a couple of hours at least before it does me any good. This is not a good move at work
(, Mon 2 Aug 2010, 8:38, Reply)
Work naps
Mr Penguin has a large piece of foam he keeps in his office for day time naps. He has the amazing skill of being able to fall asleep anywhere, in about 30s. I am jealous of this.
(, Mon 2 Aug 2010, 8:41, Reply)
I used to have a pillow in my office
But just so I could lie down for a bit. I would never actually sleep.
(, Mon 2 Aug 2010, 8:44, Reply)
There's opportunity to nap here
as no one ever comes into the office. There is also plenty of space for a hammock which i feel would be an excellent addition to the office!
(, Mon 2 Aug 2010, 8:46, Reply)
I like that idea
Office hammocks should be made standard fitment.
(, Mon 2 Aug 2010, 8:50, Reply)
my tired eyes read that as massive nips
